This refurbished industrial warehouse-turned-cultural-hub has been a staple of the North End neighbourhood for over 15 years. It’s evolved along with the community, with a list of tenants that’s ranged from artists and ad agencies to retail stores and restaurants.

 

Renewing this historic site was undertaken with careful integration of the original structure. The extraordinary 18-foot ceilings, abundance of natural light, and industrial factory charm, were all maintained and elevated with a modern look and feel. The industrial nature of the space is accentuated by the polished cement floors, exposed brick walls, large wood-trimmed windows, and soaring studio lofts. Plus, the rooftop patio and interior coffee bar managed by Osney Café create communal meeting spaces for tenants and members of the community.
